Cuore of Lentils Soup

Serves 2: 250 gr. of lentils from Castelluccio 750 ml of broth, onion cut in very thin slices , leek cut in very thin slices, 1 spoon of oil, Salt in sufficient quantity A pinch of chili.
Boil the lentils in the broth for about an hour and meanwhile in a pan sauté the finely chopped onion and leek in oil. Add the chili and away from heat add the cream, salt and finally stir before adding it to the lentil soup, stirring all well. Serve in two heart-shaped plates or shape it from well toast whole bread.
