Cupid’s Asparagus

Ingredients:
Serves 2 400 gr. of asparagus 2 eggs 80 gr. of tuna fish undercut 2 spoons of oil 1 spoon of capers Juice of 1 lemon Salt A pinch of chili

Steam the asparagus and allow it to cool. Beat the egg yolks with all the other ingredients in the blender, and add this creamy mixture to the egg whites beaten to stiff. Place the asparagus on two plates and cover them with this puffy cream. Remember that asparagus can be eaten with the hands or with the special pliers.
