  • 4 slices of white bread for sandwiches
  • Butter, softened
  • 4 Petite Suisse-cheese cream
  • 1 spoon of milk
  • 4 drops of Tabasco sauce
  • Some asparagus tips


Melt the cheese with tabasco and milk; season with salt and pepper. Slightly butter the bread, then cover every slice with the cheese cream. Cut the bread with a heart shape cutter for biscuits. Decore hearts with asparagus tips.
