Fragrant Hearts of Polenta


Serves 2 1 roll of cooked polenta Oil to fry 12 sage leaves Salt in sufficient quantity
Cut the polenta in 1-cm-slices and, using the special cookie cutter, cut the hearts. Heat the oil in a frying pan and when it is hot fry the polenta turning it once to make it golden and crunchy on both sides. Serve immediately with the sage leaves you have fried with the hearts.
