Mango Sorbet

Nothing is more romantic, for your hot summer night, than to lie on a hammock, star glazing and exchanging languid kisses… tasting this refreshing sorbet.

  • mangos
  • 800 ml water
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1 tbsp gin
  • crushed ice


Blend the mango pulp with the water, sugar, salt, gin and crushed ice.

Keep in the freezer until ready to serve
